2026 REPRESENTATIVE COACH APPLICATIONS
Rep Coaches & Managers
Netball Wairarapa is seeking the following:
Expressions of interest are now open for 2026 Coach & Manager Positions for our Under 14, 16, 18 & Open Rep Teams.
Coaches and Managers will provide an experience that will give our athletes the opportunity to develop the best technical skills and physical aptness to compete in:
Under 14 & Opens Teams
The ideal candidates will have some experience (experience level required will be different for each age group), have a philosophy around developing fundamentally strong players, and have the ability to engage with the athletes, build rapport and trust.
These positions are volunteer based. Coaches will also be given ongoing support and guidance as they continue their coaching journey.
If you would enjoy developing yourself as a Coach or Manager with an awesome bunch of athletes, then we look forward to hearing from you and/or receiving your application.
U14 Teams will play in the following tournaments:
- Marj Jenden Tournament: Kings Birthday Weekend
- Betty Steffensen Tournament - Manawatu Netball June 2026
- U16 Combined Netball Tournament: Hutt Valley Netball June 2026
North Island Junior Championship (U14 & U16):
- Netball Taranaki - Waiwhakaiho Park Netball Courts, New Plymouth:
- Saturday 4th July - Tuesday 7th July
Netball New Zealand Under 18 Champs (U18 only)
Ladies Open Team
Our ladies Open Team will compete in 2 local tournament and New Zealand Open Champs TBC if will attend this tournament
